We then deliver your chosen seating already custom fitted based on known information.
Our loaner chairs will help you make the best decision for your personal needs, ensuring you pick the right products from the very beginning. This custom service has been a mainstay of WorkSite Solutions quality service for over two decades. This service is not available for home offices.

Getting to Know your Workflow
During our evaluation of your office space, we learn about your workflow and how your team communicates. We take into consideration how you use the space, how people travel in, out, and around it, and how employees interact with each other. Furniture can affect your workflow and productivity, and we make sure the solutions we offer match the needs of your team.
We provide a custom quote, often accompanied by drawings, so you can envision your new space.

How It Works
We take measurements of your seat pan, height of your chair, level of your workstation, and the size of your computer monitor. Then, we evaluate the relationship between your chair, neck, and monitor to understand how adjustments can be made to current equipment. We also observe how you sit in your chair to be aware of posturing that can be corrected by chair adjustments.
If you desire to replace current equipment, WorkSite Solutions provides recommendations of trusted products that will resolve issues caused by your existing equipment.
If you are injured, we provide a written evaluation with recommendations and equipment suited for your situation.

Delivery & installation
Save yourself the hassle of assembly! When you order your furniture from WorkSite Solutions, we deliver it to your commercial office space and install it on-site. We can also assemble furniture purchased and delivered from other sources.
Installation appointments are scheduled based on your convenience. Upon request, we can remove old furniture and dispose of it.
Repairs & Waranty
We stand by the quality of the products we sell. The brands and vendors we use are tried and true, with years of partnership between us. If a repair should be needed, we offer repairs on all the chair brands we sell.
Commercial vs Retail Warranty
WorkSite Solutions provides support for manufacturer-issued warranties on products we sell. Commercial warranties are often longer than most retail warranties you will find in the big box stores. Should a problem arise, we are here to help you navigate the process.
In the commercial market, almost all the parts are repairable or replaceable. We are able to order those parts as needed under warranty as long as they are available from the manufacturer and we can provide repair service if necessary.
Retail chair parts are often difficult to obtain or are unavailable. If there is a problem with the chair you purchased elsewhere, we can evaluate it and give you a recommendation.
