About Us

Founded in 1998, by Jim McCarthy to meet the needs of local businesses, schools, healthcare facilities, and government agencies. WorkSite Solutions has provided customers in the Eugene area with office furniture, workplace ergonomics, and space planning for almost 20 years.

In 2013 the business was sold to Kay Coots and Michelle Gillette who continued the quality service and grew the product offerings and customer base.

In 2016, Ron and Jeanne Whitted purchased the business and maintain the company’s commitment to exceeding customer expectations.  Ron brings more than 16 years of experience in the commercial office furniture business and ergonomic office solutions. This experience has allowed WorkSite Solutions to expand it’s service offerings and product lines even more.

Maintaining all the back-office operations is Jeanne’s specialty. She excels at supporting customers needs and responding accordingly. Her blend of customer service and administrative experience is an asset and ensures successful relationships with our customers.

Although providing ergonomic office solutions is still at the heart of the business, we are also able to provide a wide range of choices to transform your workspace.  Whether you need a simple desk or a full suite of offices, we can help. A hands-on, full-service customer service approach has proven to be successful and will continue to be a hallmark for us.
